Brazos Riverfront Community

Brazos Riverfront Community is a hillside residential community set on the banks of the Brazos River in the Texas Hill Country. The 300-foot wide river forms the northern boundary of the property. All home sites are either riverfront or river view.

The model home, a 3BR/2BA model purchased from the Deltec company, is set against the steep hillside. Deltec homes are widely used in these settings because of their minimal impact on the natural environment.

Huge Burr Oak trees shade the riverwalk trail running parallel to the riverbank. We constructed a natural stone amphitheater leading down to the river level. The sandbar in the middle of the river allows beach-like lounging in the river bottom. Canoeing and kayaking are popular activities.

The community is security gated, with a natural stone entrance gate. Additionally, an onsite caretaker maintains all the property in top shape for the homeowners.
