EverGreen Land Co. owns a forested 20-acre tract of land in Lancaster, Texas near Dallas. Hundred year old pecan trees, live oaks, red oaks and eastern red cedars dominate this land. Originally envisioned as a meditation retreat center, this forest has been transformed into a private park awaiting development of a long-term plan.

Several neighboring parcels are expected to be available through estate closings in the near future. We hope to develop this land into an upscale, wooded community. The nearby golf course also provides outstanding views of lakes and a lot of green grass.
